Proper Installation: Always ensure the Avery Base is installed according to the instructions in the Use & Care Guide. Incorrect installation may compromise the safety of your child during travel.

Do Not Use Without the Capsule: Never use the Avery Base without the Avery Capsule properly installed on it. The base is designed to work only with the Avery Capsule for optimal safety.

Check Compatibility: Ensure that the Avery Base is compatible with your vehicle before use. The base is designed to fit most vehicles, but it is important to verify the fit, especially when using the ISOFIX system.

ISOFIX Installation: When installing the base using ISOFIX, ensure both ISOFIX guides are securely in place and that the base is firmly locked into the vehicle’s ISOFIX points.

Seat Belt Installation: If using a seat belt for installation, ensure the belt is tightly secured with the Vehicle Belt Locking Device to prevent any movement during transit. The seat belt should not be twisted or loose.

Stabilising Bar and Support Leg: Always check that the stabilising bar and support leg are properly positioned and securely locked to prevent movement during use.

Do Not Use If Damaged: Never use the Avery Base if it shows signs of damage or wear. If the base has been involved in a crash or accident, it should be replaced, as it may not provide the required level of protection.

Never Leave Baby Unattended: Always ensure your child is properly secured in the Avery Capsule with the harness before driving. Never leave your baby unattended in the capsule or car base.

Regular Inspection: Regularly inspect the base for any signs of wear, particularly the ISOFIX connectors and stabilising bar. If you notice any issues, do not use the base until it has been checked and repaired if necessary.
